Do I have to quit all at once?+
No. You can choose to quit now or follow a gradual reduction plan based on your routine.
How do I manage my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed by the store where you purchased them. Use Apple’s Subscriptions settings or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

No More Smoking provides tracking and support tools. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about your personal quit plan.
