Delete your cloud account

1. Open Balloon Dojo → Settings → Account.
2. Choose Delete account and review both confirmation steps.
3. Your server account, cloud save and usage events linked to that installation are removed. You are signed out.

Local account data

Deleting your account also clears its local save. Old sessions become invalid and automatic backup stops until you sign in again. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the email address associated with your Google or Apple sign-in. If you play without an account, include the first eight characters of the installation identifier shown in Settings. We process email deletion requests within 30 days.

Deleted and retained information

Deletion removes your server account, linked cloud progress and associated usage events. Purchase records are retained with the direct account link removed to verify transactions and prevent duplicate receipt grants. Apple and Google maintain their own store records.
