Balloon Dojo — Terms of Use

By playing Balloon Dojo you agree to the following.

1. Licence

We grant you a non-transferable right to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy it, reverse-engineer it, sell it, or use its assets in another product.

2. In-game items

Coins and other in-game items are not real money, create no property right, and cannot be exchanged for real money. They are a limited licence to use them inside the game. Refunds follow the refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play; your payment relationship is with the store, not with us.

We may change prices, what an item gives, and how often ads appear. Items you bought that are permanent (such as Remove ads) stay yours.

3. Account and progress

You can play without an account. Progress is stored on your device; optional sign-in synchronizes supported progress to the cloud. Deleting the app or clearing site data erases local progress. Recovery of a cloud save depends on the linked account and successful synchronization. Permanent items bought from the store can be recovered with your store account via Settings → Restore purchases.

4. Unacceptable use

Cracking the game, modifying its memory, forging purchases, playing through automated tools or manipulating ad revenue is prohibited. If we detect this we may revoke in-game items and cut off access.

5. Warranty and liability

The game is provided "as is". We do not promise it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and may discontinue the game or its servers. We will announce a significant change inside the game.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer provisions of your own country still apply.

Balloon Dojo'yu oynayarak aşağıdakileri kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Lisans

Size, oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanmanız için devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı veriyoruz. Oyunu kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, satamaz ya da içindeki varlıkları başka bir üründe kullanamazsınız.

2. Oyun içi ürünler

Jetonlar ve diğer oyun içi ürünler gerçek para değildir, bir mülkiyet oluşturmaz ve gerçek paraya çevrilemez. Bunlar oyunun içinde kullanılmak üzere verilen sınırlı bir lisanstır. Satın alma iadeleri Apple App Store ve Google Play'in kendi iade politikalarına tabidir; ödeme ilişkiniz bizimle değil mağazayladır.

Oyun içi ürünlerin fiyatlarını, verdiği faydayı ve reklam sıklığını değiştirebiliriz. Satın aldığınız kalıcı ürünler (örneğin Reklamsız) elinizde kalır.

3. Hesap ve ilerleme

Hesap açmadan oynayabilirsiniz. İlerlemeniz cihazda saklanır; isteğe bağlı giriş desteklenen ilerlemeyi bulutla eşler. Uygulamayı silmek veya tarayıcı verisini temizlemek yerel ilerlemeyi siler. Bulut kaydının geri alınması bağlı hesaba ve başarılı eşlemeye bağlıdır. Mağazadan satın aldığınız kalıcı ürünler, mağaza hesabınızla Ayarlar → Satın alımları geri yükle ile geri alınabilir.

4. Kabul edilmeyen kullanım

Oyunu kırmak, belleğini değiştirmek, sahte satın alma üretmek, otomatik araçlarla oynamak ya da reklam gelirini manipüle etmek yasaktır. Bunları tespit edersek hesabınızın oyun içi ürünlerini geri alabilir ve erişimi kesebiliriz.

5. Garanti ve sorumluluk

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.

6. Değişiklik ve son verme

Bu şartları güncelleyebilir, oyunu ya da sunucularını durdurabiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklikte oyun içinde bildiririz.

7. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketiciyseniz, kendi ülkenizin zorunlu tüketici hükümleri saklıdır.
